The Oferring

Well our house hit the MLS on Wed. night. On Friday the calls started coming in from realators. We ended up with 5 showings for Friday and Saturday. By Saturday morning at 11:30 Mike was calling me letting me know that there was an offer on the table from the 9:00am showing.
Mike just left our house (Sunday evening) we had to wright a counter offer. We wrote an offer that I feel is more than fair but it's scary because the buyer could easily walk and buy another house.
We can only pray that this is the buyer God has for us and we reacted correctly.
This has been a pretty wild ride so far!
We'll get an answer tommorrow.
