Exceptional Rate
Well here is our home. Here is our home that is going to be on TV this Thursday. So is there a huge God story here somewhere? We'll find out!Here's the deal. My friend Mike is the onwner of a company called Exceptional Rate Real Estate. He presented me with a new program that he is offering with his business. It's a For Sale By Owner program for $899.00.
Here's what you get.
- MLS listing (where everyone looks)
- Hot line dialing (I get a e-mail of there phone# so I can call back)
- Signs for the yard
- Deal negotiation when an offer is given.
- All paperwork
TV 13 is doing a Super Saver segment on Thursday and they are highlighting Mikes' program. They asked him for some clients that would like to be interviewed about why they are using Mikes' program. So Mike gave them my name!
So wouldn't it be cool if someone sees this and buys the house? I think so. God has opened all the doors for our move so far. Could this be another door? I'm certainly going to walk through!

randy, what a cool opportunity. make sure and talk about your reason for moving... i heard someone say recently (in regard to reporters) that you should have your talking points figured out before they ask questions... that way you can say what you want to say, not what they want you to say. he said they can always change the questions to fit your answers, so think about that as you prepare to share about the overflow move...
