Well our deal fell through. The guy didn't like the couter offer and wanted me to lower it but I just couldn't. He was being quite unreasonable so I'm not sure I mind not selling him the house. I don't want a butthead living next to my nieghbors. I have great nieghbors and want to see someone come in that will be friendly.
So for now we will keep on looking.
